Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at eyesjudge@outlook.com with details of the product and the defect. You will be provided with information on how to send us the product to be eligible for a return.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Note: To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping for all canvas artworks, with estimated delivery times of 2-5 business days within Canada and 5-10 business days within the United States. Estimated international delivery times can take up to 15-20 business days. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Shipping rates for canvas artworks are calculated based on the size and weight of the artwork, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, our team will process the order within 24 hours. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
